Patricia Letterpress is a studio open to the public. It is located in the Patricia Theatre building in Townsite. Patricia Letterpress promotes and encourages the printing of images including woodcuts, linocuts, metal type and wood type. Occasional classes and workshops are held such as:
creating and printing linocuts, typesetting and printing posters, business cards, stationery, books, and broadsides.
Patricia Letterpress is also engaged in serious paper-making, creating new wood type, bookbinding and repairs, paper marbling, and other book arts. Persons having a proposed project can come here to learn about letterpress printing and may produce their creations here.
