displays with a focus on environmental sustainability
Everyone is welcome to attend this fun filled day. Engage with makers about artwork and practices that are sustainable and gentle on planet earth.
This free event taking place at the iconic historical building called Dwight Hall in qathet, Canada will feature the work of over 40 local and guest artists from Vancouver Island and surrounding areas who are pushing the limits of traditional craftsmanship by using upcycled, recycled and sustainable materials.
The Renew Faire in its second year now will also showcase the work of local non profits committed to promoting sustainable practices.
Attendees will have the chance to engage directly with creators who transform discarded materials into art through interactive displays throughout the day. There will be an eco-friendly Conscious Couture fashion show where designers will present unique garments made from sustainable and repurposed materials demonstrating the possibilities of conscious fashion.
The ReNew Faire is hosted by qathet ART and Teresa Harwood Lynn with support and gratitude to our volunteers and sponsors.
