About the Studio Tour
The qathet Studio Tour has been a popular summer event for over 20 years, allowing visitors to see the diversity and excellence of the art community in the qathet region on the northern Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada, Tla’amin Nation lands.
The annual qathet Studio Tour is a free self-guided event featuring artists from Lund to Lang Bay. The tour welcomes hundreds of visitors into artist homes and studios to see where the creative magic happens.
Registration is now open for artists, studios and galleries wishing to participate in the 2026 qathet Studio Tour.
2026 Registration Information
The registration fee:
- Individual Artist Studio – $120.
- Shared Studio – $170. Multiple artists will be listed in one venue description. This is meant for galleries and artist collectives/groups.
Your fee covers the promotion of your studio in a brochure, on qathetART.ca and on Facebook and Instagram as well as a year round listing in the qathet Art & Culture Directory (You can view the 2025 web & print guide for an example of what the guide and website will look like).
The qathet Studio Tour will also be promoted with road signage and print advertising.
*By registering, participating artists, galleries and groups are committing to have their studio spaces open and ready to welcome the public for the full weekend, both Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm.
